Step 3 - Commitment at Birth
50% of the Balance is owed when your litter arrives
Typically, the First Pick of a litter is reserved prior birth. In that situation, we wait until the litter has arrived before charging 50% of the balance
If you made your reservation after the puppies were born, you will immediately owe 50% of the price
Step 4 - Make Your Pick
Reserve your Puppy from the Best
When the puppies are six weeks old, we will identify the Top Two in the litter
You'll decide between one of these two Best Puppies
Step 5 - Finalize Payment
The remaining Balance is owed once you've picked your puppy
Decide whether you want to purchase as a Pet or with Full Registration. AKC Registration is required for Breeders
Step 6 - Puppy heads Home
The Big Day has arrived
Puppies go home on the 1st Sunday after they have turned 8 weeks old
If you need to pick up your puppy later then the specified date, please let us know as soon as possible
MountainTop Goldens reserves all rights to take back the puppy if the owner has mistreated the puppy, the name of the kennel, or if any payments have failed. The value (if paid as defined on pg. 9 in the Contract) will be refunded.
